Pastor Dr. Rollie Scott is the devoted shepherd of It's God's Church in Orange Park, Florida, where he leads with wisdom, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to God’s calling. A proud graduate of Ribault Sr. High School (Class of 1983), Pastor Scott has built an impressive academic foundation that reflects both his passion for leadership and his deep faith.

He earned two associate degrees from Florida Community College and Florida State College at Jacksonville—one in Industrial Management Technology and the other in Business Management. He continued his education at Columbia College, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, followed by a Bachelor’s in Program Management from the University of Maryland. His spiritual education journey includes a B.S. in Theology from Open Bible Theological College in South Carolina and a Master of Divinity/Ministry from Jacksonville Theological Seminary, where he also earned his Ph.D. in Counseling (Licensed).

Pastor Scott’s journey into ministry is a testimony of God’s grace. After suffering and recovering from a stroke, he experienced a life-changing call from God. Though becoming a preacher wasn’t something he ever imagined, he now fully embraces the divine purpose spoken over him in Jeremiah 1:5 — “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”

Pastor Scott is a proud father to two daughters, Ebone' Scott and Rollin Scott, and a loving grandfather to Johnny Barnes Jr. He is also a blessing to his extended family, including three cherished bonus children—Daunte' Owens (Danique Owens), Darrion Owens (Teja Owens), and Florida Owens—along with his bonus grandsons, Tiger, Bo, and Darrion Owens Jr. (D.J).

With a heart for ministry and a life rooted in faith, Pastor Scott continues to guide others on their spiritual walk, preaching the Word and building a community of love, healing, and purpose.
